Dr. P. S. Goyal is Professor of Physics and Dean R & D at Pillai College of Engineering. Dr. Goyal is Ph.D from University of Mumbai and is known world over for his scientific contributions. He was consultant to some premier agencies in South Korea, Indonesia and Bangladesh. Presently, he provides consultancy to chemical industry in India.
