Mentoring for Business Ideas

A mentoring session with the various teams of the Business Plan Competition 2024 was conducted by Dr. Celina Joy in her capacity as Innovation Ambassador and Coordinator of the Pillai Centre of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (PCIE) along with Dr. Priam Pillai, Founder of PCIE for the participants of the Business Plan Competition from the Rasayani Campus.

The objective of the session was to guide students to progress from the ideation stage to the next round of the competition. One to one meetings preceded by their presentations were held with each team on 31st July, 2024 at Conclave 2, HOC Campus. The session was held to review the ideas and guide the teams to build on their ideas, create prototypes and website preparation. About fifteen teams were present for the same. Dr. Joy and Dr. Pillai assessed their ideas along with Innovation Ambassadors of various colleges and mentored them on the next steps for the quarter finals. About 36 students and 7 faculty members were present for the same. The next round of the competition will be held on 20th September, 2024.

The session was held to review the ideas and guide the teams to build on their ideas, create prototypes and website preparation. About fifteen teams were present for the same. Dr. Joy and Dr. Pillai assessed their ideas along with Innovation Ambassadors of various colleges and mentored them on the next steps for the quarter finals. About 46 students and 9 faculty members were present for the same. The next round of the competition will be held on 19th September, 2024.
