PCIE organised a session for final year graduates, postgraduates and budding entrepreneurs on Building Your Business & Career Quotient Workshop on 21st February, 2019 by trainer, Ms. Shubika Bilkha, Partner, Edpower-U at Panvel Campus. The program was structured to specifically address the needs for intangible entrepreneurial skills in young graduates and postgraduates and focussed on honing the entrepreneurship toolkit of the students by focusing on key aspects of EQ and Behavioural skills required as their embark on the Founders Journey and pursue careers.

The program has been structured to cover
Part 1: Covers EQ, Behavioural and Entrepreneurship Skills
Part 2: Critical Thinking, Decision Making and Problem-Solving Skills

Discussions, Case studies and worksheets were used for exercises and career assessments were done at the end of the workshop. Participation certificates were distributed to students who completed the programme. The session was co-ordinated by Dr. Celina Joy, Professor-PiMSR and Coordinator of PCIE Cell.
