Dr. Priam Pillai met all the participating teams of the Business Plan Competition 2015 at Conclave, Dr. K M Vasudevan Pillai Campus on 8th October 2015.

Twenty three teams registered for this competition and most teams were represented at the meeting. Dr. Pillai explained the next steps of the competition:

1. Each team has to submit a Business Idea in a prescribed format by the 19th of October 2015.
2. Each team can present upto five ideas ranking them in terms of preference.
3. A hard copy of the documents has to be submitted to Dr. Celina Joy/ Ms. Susanna Cherian
4. One idea per team will be selected by the jury and announced on the 26th of October 2015.
5. Each team will have to make a ten minute presentation by the 15th of November 2015.
6. 15 teams will be shortlisted for the next round of the competition.
7. One faculty member will be allocated per team for mentoring the team

Two sample Business Idea’s were displayed for better understanding of how to fill in the Business Idea format. Subsequently there was a Q/A session and the meeting ended with a lot of enthusiasm.
